When you call, we will send out one of our highly trained, drug-free technicians. When a Gold Star Electric technician arrives at your home, he'll be ready for any electrical challenge or situation. He will evaluate the situation and explain all of the options available to you. Your technician will then show you in writing exactly what the investment will be to perform the work. There will be no surprises after the work has been completed. He will treat you and your home with the utmost respect. He will cover his shoes before entering your home to protect your floors. He will provide "Red Carpet Treatment" by using our red floor mats to place any tools or materials on. And he will clean up behind himself when he is finished. If our technicians smoke or swear in your home, are not drug-free, do not wear shoe covers or leave your home without cleaning up, you do not pay for the service.
